I would like to share my experience with Seagate products with everyone. I bought a 160GB internal hard drive and for few days the Hard drive worked fine but it started malfunctioning so i approached the service center in Nehru Place and got a replacement, when i came back home and tried to install the drive, wasn’t able to format the hard drive, consequently i was compelled to approach the service center once again and got the second replacement, same thing happened again but this time the nature of problem changed, Computer was not able to detect the hard drive. Hence owing to all the factors and the awful experience i had with Seagate i would like to bring this to everyone notice that the service provided by them is pathetic. Inspite of making numerous calls and visiting them the result is null and void.Now this is getting on my nerves as being the hard drive manufacturer you expect things to go right. This has caused lot of stress and mental harassment and i am losing on my business as well. So kindly refund my hard earn money else provide me a brand new hard drive as this time i will not accept the certified repaired hard drive. As a matter of fact i will mention certain proofs as an evidence that there was an interaction with different advisors who were unable to live up to the expectations of mine and there false commitments added fuel to the fire,this is an absolute act of dishonesty and cheating with the customers.

OH Yes, i Forgot i am going to take this to consumer forum and have shooted another mail to them so even they are aware whats going on and how Seagate is treating their customers in India. Kindly please take the appropriate action and get this Resolved ASAP. Rest i leave this to your fine sense of Judgement.
