First i have paid on 15.11.2013 Rs 599/- for Samsung Galaxy mobile contest in 100bestbuy.com after that Company Called me and informed me that if i will pay 7999 Rs then day will send me the products is i-ball tablet and Rebook Watch ,then after they told me that 6 to 7 days, you will get desired product . Amount will 100% cash back today as credited in account. I received 9127 credit But when i call them how to use this credit their representative told me on first purchase i can use 30 % credit and in second purchase i will get 50 % credit similarly and on third purchase i can use my whole remaining credit (100%). i did same but on third purchase when i start to order item it was not showing me that full credit is using only some amount o credit was applicable. regarding this problem i contact to customer care but they were behaving irresponsible and uncooperative manner. when i asked for my money back in my account and cancelling order they simply gave the number of their executive manger which is not responding and cut the phone. this was how they behave.
