I Vijay Kumar Singh, Age -69 yrs. from Patna. I had purchased a Bajaj Allianz New UnitGain Easy Pension Plus RP plan for 5 Yrs on 23.11.2006. Policy no.- 0031111826. I had paid 3 regular premium on time. The policy had matchured on 23.11.2011. but the company have send no any information & postal communication about maturity. On November’ 2013 i go to Bajaj allianz patna Ex. road office to got back my amount on current NAV. Then he denied to return my amount on nov’ 2013 NAV & also denied to give me the regular pension on the period between Nov’ 2011 to Nov’2013. & said the amount is matchured on nov;2011,& he merged on pension plan. so u didn’t got back your money now. So please help me what i do ? i am a senior citizen.
