Calls Barred And No Help From Service Provider

Respected Sir,
I have a postpaid number +91-7508414425 which is registered on my mother’s name, Sarita Rawat…My STD calls have been barred and whenever I try to call any STD number “CHECK NETWORK SERVICES” message is displayed.. 6 times I have spoken to the customer care executive….. Twice I have visited the Vodafone store and everytime I am assured that the services will activate within 4 hours…..This is a serious harassment and I am fed up of it and just giving a last try here….
