I got an offer at my Airtel number 8294765720.offer is i will get 1gb of 3g data on the recharge of ₹126.400mb will be provided instantly after the recharge of 126 and rest 624 mb after 4 hrs of recharge.i got my Airtel number recharged by ₹126 5 days back..after getting this msg containing the special offer For me.i got 400 mb instantly but till now after 4-5 days i didn’t yet received the rest 624mb.its happening for the 3rd time..for the rest value of 624mb of 3g data i always have to call 121 and ask them for my 624mb of 3g data.they get my complaint and they send my 624mb of 3g data.why i always have to get my complaint registered for this offer.i haven’t yet received my 624mb of 3g data.please help me.i am trying the 121 customer care number since 3 days.its not connecting and when i get connected they put me on hold for many minutes and then they transfer the call to their senior executive.no one is helping me.i am a very valuable customer of Airtel since 8 years.i am really very upset from Airtel.they are just fooling the customers.i will soon file a case in consumer court against Airtel for fraud and harrasement if i will not get my 624 mb of 3g data.
