Misguied,Misbehave and delay in services

Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself Pranat. I was applied for a new postpaid connection at Airtel store (Radical Communication, Shop No- 88/1, Main Road, Adchini, New Delhi- 17) on 16th Oct 13. At that time they told me it’ll take 2 – 4 days for activate within these two varifications will be happen one is your’s and another is your brother because i was applied this on my company address, so i was submitted one photo, one pan card copy Rs. 250 and for local varification i was submitted my cousin’s id proof. And after 4 days to till tomorrow they next day it’ll activate and also during these i personally visited 3 times at store, send one mail to customer care, called 4 times to customer care etc but today they told we’ll return your cash and pls return our sim. when i asked about my documents they told it’s not possible to return your documents and also misbehave with me.

I’ve all proof like recipt, mail copy, customer care reference no.

So please sir/madam help me.
