I had On-line Purchased product from Bag It Today,
My order No.:33236818 of Kitchen Queen Set of Plastic Container and Chopper on Bag It Today, But after received the product unfortunately the chopper bottom bowl found cracked after opened the box on 13.09.2013, So i had submit a complain for same on Company helpline and also via E main and Reference Number is 1250699 dated 16.09.2013. after that they had demand the snaps of broken parts and also i had send the snaps on 19.09.2013. Even i had talked so many time on helpline after that but every time they had told us it will resolved within a week but the height is that they are replying anything from their end till moment. I think they are not interested in resolving the matter and this is total fraud site as whenever i had called they reply that it will resolve in one week. I think their one week will never come and finally customer will frustrated and accept the product in same condition. I am frequently using on-line merchandise sites for retail purchase but never face this type of problem. I wish to replace my broken product and make them more sincere about business policy.
