I ordered entrepreneur magazine online on 3rd October 2013. The retailer eshop/infomedia18.com (deals with magazines) didn’t send it next day as promised by retailer. After few days I asked about the order to customer Care email. The email doesnt exist. After some research I found an email address. Some kamlesh guy replied that he is send it today n gave me tracking id of parcel of firstflight couriers. Tracking id just doesnt exist. I tried to call them they did not even pick up the call. Many telephone nos doesn’t exist. This website is fraud. Please help me.
