deficiency in sales after service

I had purchased XOLO A 800 mobile on 23.03.2013 for Rs.9800/- vide bill No. 2050 of SEEMA COLLECTION, Mumbai.As per company policy I am entitiled for 1 years warranty on Handset. I observe some problem with my handset and lodged complaint No. 31000098141 on 26.08.2013 with company as per instructions from company I have deposited my mobile with their authorized collection center on 27.08.2013 and authorized center have issued my receipt of handset .and company have informed that as per company policy the handset will repaired within 5 working days . Till today i.e. 8.10.2013 I have not received back my mobile. The last email received from company stating that my mobile is under repaid thereafter company does not respond to email sent. I fell cheated by the company now I have decided to teach a lesson to the company. Therefore I request you to please take-up my case with the company if you need necessary file the complaint with the appropriate authorities to enable me to get back my mobile from the company..
