Worst Service Provider is Reliance

Dear Sir,

I Had Purchased My Net connect Plus Device No : 9377413008 . I purchased with 3 Months Advance rental Plan. Now after two Months they generated a Bill for 849 INR. After Doing Hell lot of complaints with complaint Number like 209969155 and 209909748 , They Promised me that there is a Plan Mismatch Issue and the device will be activated in 24 Hrs. Now after 3 days of continues Complaint they come up with a new problem that the customer that is me used the R world Website to surf and that is charging me 849 INR. Now i don’t understand do this Reliance people Think customer as a Fool.

They Have disconnected my device since one week and Harassing me to pay the bill then only we will start the device. Mine still One month is remaining. Reliance is one the most Harassing Company in India. Reliance is Made not to help People but to Harass People.

Thousands of People are complaining about reliance everyday but No Solution. Today i Had a talk with Rafsanjani (Executive ) He also did not provide me with any solution. Useless People.

I need My Money Back or else i will File a case in the Court House against Reliance For Harassing the People By charging them Wrongly.

I Hope You will Look into this matter Seriously and Get me to some Resolution.
