I bought a voltas split air conditioner on the the 17th of july 2013 and immediAtely after 7 days of purchase it stared giving numerous problems of water leakage inside the room. after complaining to the customer care i only got a very lame and unprofessional response. the voltas customer service center first kept on playing the ‘BLAME GAME” on the retailer and vice versa..then they replaced an INNER TRAY which again turned out to be defective..the problem of water leakage still persists and no credible solution has been offered by the voltas service centre.In addition to the existing problem the LOWER SWING HAS ALSO STOPPED WORKING. It is shameful that just within 60 days of purchase i as a customer is facing so much of problems and more so bearing the substandards of the so called ‘VOLTAS AIRCONDITIONING”..I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE DIRECT THE COMPANY TO GIVE US A NEW AIR CONDITIONER..
