After below email, I received call as well email from Mr. Yasin (if I knew your escalation works so fast, I would
have escalated before hand).. however I do not believe the part that my number was wrongly mentioned in your
policy document.
anyways that apart, after apologies and discussion and newer quote it was decided that your representative will
visit and inspect the car as policy was expired and collect the cheque for the amount on Monday 23 Sept.
However to ease your process of inspection and cheque collection (As they were 2 separate representatives told
to me), I brought my car (2 consecutive days, monday, tuesday ) all the way from Kalewadi(home) to Kharadi
(my office) in hefty traffic, so that all will be done in one go and there will be no to and fro to collect the cheque
and do inspection.
and to my surprise (now no longer I feel this as surprise, as it seems your culture) no one turned around for the
visit… I felt that may be due week start there would be loads of work and you might have forgot, but same on
Tuesday..
Later I decided to leave all my expectations from your hopeless service, but thought of atleast notifying to you..
and also will do my job by mentioning the same in consumer and social portal.. and seriously it seems Bajaj
allianz has got lots of customers and they really dont want to retain previous customers.. and they really dont
bother for them.
and its kind request to please dont ask me to accept your apologies again.

Last time I called your local office where I spoke to Varsha if I am not wrong, she personally assured that
she will send representative or get back to me on phone by taking my cell number.
If you feel I am just lying, I would recommend to check your Database for my mobile number being
registered on your site for call back on motor policy via online request process.
I really dont know what is the problem, please do the needful ASAP, as I am already loosing trust and
patience for your service, and will surely not recommend it to my friends and relatives.
