My complain is regarding bsnl landline. I need to shift my landline i m comlaining in d office from about 8 months or more..my landline is nt working yet i m paying my bill from 8 months every time i go their for complain they just say that within 2 days they wil take snme action bt their 2 days hv nt pasd from 8 mnnths i aprocched to hipher authorities bt still there is no result.
