SIR, MYSELF DIPAYAN SUR FROM HOWRAH/KOLKATA,WEST BENGAL, I AM WISHING TO PORT MY TATA DOCOMO NUMBER 8272944932 TO AIRTEL AND SO I REQUESTED FOR PORTING CODE AND I SUBMITTED MY ID PROOF WITH PHOTO ON 4.9.13. ALSO I BOUGHT AIRTEL SIM CARD ON THAT DAY. I GOT UNIQUE PORTING CODE TK543848 which is Valid upto 19-9-2013. THE NEXT DAY I GOT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT MESSAGE SAYING THAT “” Namaste! We are processing your request to port your mobile number to airtel. Thank you so much for choosing airtel. We really appreciate it.””
MY LOCAL RETAILER SHOP TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 7 DAYS FOR PORTING. BUT STILL NOW PORTING IS NOT HAPPENED. YESTERDAY I GOT A REPORT FROM AIRTEL THAT SOME DAYS BEFORE DOCOMO CALLED ME AND THEY CONVINCED ME FOR A BETTER PLAN AND I TOOK IT SO PORTING IS CANCELLED. SIR, THIS IS A BIG LIE. DOCOMO IS NOT CO-OPERATING IN THIS MATTER AND I AM NOT GETTING HELP FROM EITHER DOCOMO OR AIRTEL.
PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS MATTER AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
