I left rent house 31st may 2013. As per agreement he has to return Rs 70000.But He has given me 2 checks(Rs 30000 ans 17 000 = 47 thousand ) only. One check(Rs 30,000) has cleared and for other check he told me not to submit now, because account does not have money once i will deposit money, i will inform you to submit the check.But three months already happened he didn’t inform me and after a long followup he changed his number .and what ever address he has given in agreement also false. So i couldn’t able to contact him. Please help me for getting back my money.
