HI,
I shifted to new place in Bangalore from Chamrajpet to Banneraghatta Road couple of months ago. i activated my connection by paying 500/- and asked dish TV to install set-up box in my new place. The technician had come to new place and told that Dish TV set-up box is not possible because technical issues. He couldn’t put the Dish in a proper direction and told it doesn’t catch signal. I asked for refund since i didn’t use the connection even for a single day. Also, i wanted to return the set-up box but they are not ready to take it. they are not picking the phone and i get the same reply saying “refund can’t be given” in an email via their customer care
