False data usage in my account

Name of company/service: Tata Photon

Hi,
I want to submit a complaint against TATA PHOTON SERVICE.
My Photon number is 9225637782.
I have issues with them, mentioned below :
False Data Usage Details in My Account – I am experienced a very exaggerated data usage figures in My Account. The usage mentioned is as high as 700 Mb in a day(8th-Sept-2013) and I did not any surfing throughout the day!!! When i called to customer care he is denied to take complaint on wrong data usage. They are not giving any responses. Its very wrong way to response.
