Actually recently I have purchased a new Uninor sim in the last week of August. On 1st of September my main account has deducted by Rs.15, when I call to Uninor Customer Care agent for that matter he told me that this charge has been deducted due to DND. That’s fine I asked him I don’t subscribe any service they told me to call after 5 hours because of system upgradation. When I called him after 5 hours the reply is same.Then I again called him next day then they told me amount will only refund within the 24 hours. On the 5th of September again my account has deducted by Rs.30 this time the message was due to my chat service you have been charged Rs.30. Then I again told to customer care for this problem, they told me to call on 777 and deactivate the service and your Rs.30 will refund in your account within 14 hours but till now my balance has not recovered. When ever I call to customer care the reply is same due to upgradation of system you may call after 5 hours.What will I have to do with this company. I want to leave this company’s service but I want my money back.
