Refund of TDR not received even after two months from the date of TDR filed

I have filed the TDR but i am yet to receive the refund. TDR is still in entered stage.

It may please be noted that the cancellation was done as one of the ticket
got confirmed however the other ticket wasnt confirmed..Hence, both the
passenger did not travel.

IRCTC has reverted to me saying that the y are not concerned for reversal of the amount & cannot confirm any timelines….
