I took my Blackberry Tablet to M/s Siddhivinayak Telecom, Mulund for repair on 01.09.2013 for repair. The complaint was “BATTERY IS NOT ABLE TO CHARGE” The owner of the shop Mr. Ashish gave me the Job card promissed to revert back with the extact problem and estimate within 1 day. Its been 4 days they are not able to detect the problem. Now after heated argument asking me to take product.
My opinion is these guys are not qualified to give Backberry repair services.
