Hi,
Today I got a call from this no 1204849800 that your order not matched with your profile so you need to cancel this order online. On that time I was in travelling and request him that pl call after 20 minutes. Person name Abhinav Goyel and time 3.50 P.M
Against call me on 4.13 P.M and suggest that how to cancel order. I don’t know process are correct or not. Below mention screen sort for your ref. As per me this is payment form are not correct and he forced and misguide that this is the process to cancel your order. I really surprised that what are going on.
Pl take necessary action to closed the order.

Sorry to say please cancel below mention order as earliest.
Your executive was call me on yesterday and tell you need to pay Rs. 1300/- for registration charges and you will get call from manufacturing company. I was tell him that pl call me today i.e 25/08/13 and accordingly i was received a call today 2 P.M approx.
Before payment i was tell him that i will pay only 1300/- if any other any charges are there then i am not interest to do this type of registration. As per your executive he committed that only 1300/- nothing else.
As per his commitment i start registration and complete related payment Rs. 1300/-. After that your executive tell me please hold i will transfer your line to confirmation department. Confirmation department wrongly guide me and make payment another Rs. 9488/-. I was repeatedly tell him that i am not ready to pay through your payment gateway but repeatedly insist me that your transaction will not confirm if you not authorized at end of the registration process. After that i get a massage from bank that you have purchase online Rs. 9488/-. After that your executive tell me that ” You may face problem because you are using Firefox web surfing tolls”
Again i was received a call call from your executive that if you want to cancel order then you need to pay again and your order will be cancel automatically.
Finally I want small help from your end that please cancel below mention order and maintain company goodwill. I am not interest to take this types of good services.
