AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER SPOILT MY WORKING MACHINE

There was some problem in my whirlpool washing machine as the function of rinse and spin stopped working suddenly and rest of the washing options were working fine.So I called the whirlpool authorized service center and narrated my problem and said that its rinse and spin option had stopped working and i also asked them to fix a new base in my washing machine. They said OK and they picked my washing machine on 10 august 2013 in the evening. On Monday,I got a call from their side and they said that repairing cost would we 6000 rs. They mentioned that my machine’s pcb controller is not responding to spin and rinse option and for that it is needed to be replaced by a new pcb, which will cost rs 2500. The second problem they told me was that the machine oil was leaked so the machine is making noise while working,they told me that it will cost me rs1800 for refilling that. And the total cost after fixing the base and repairing both faults would be rs 6000. I asked them to return it back as i preferred to purchase a new one but they tried to convince me to repair it and told me that my machine is fine and it will work fine for years after the repair. But I said no and then they gave me time to think on it. After sometime I again got call 3 time on the same day and I asked about the exchange option with new one. They said they will give rs 1800 off. I denied and asked to send my machine back on 13 august (Tuesday). When they delivered it back, I switched it on it. But I found that it is not getting on as the machine was not taking the power supply. I called back instantly to the service center and the agent said it is not our responsibility, you need to change whole of the PCB board after that it will work fine. I asked them it was working fine when I handed it over to you along with that I clearly mentioned the problem of the rinse and spin option . They said we cant do anything. So what can I do in this case .I am very disappointed as before sending the machine to their center at least its soak and wash option was working but now it is not taking the power. Their way of interaction was changed and was not good and very rude and she said do whatever you want .
I mailed this whole problem on 13-aug-2013 to [email protected] and [email protected]. Then I received a call on 14-aug-2013 from whirlpool customer care. They assured me that they will take follow up from service centre side and will provide me a solution as soon as possible. They asked me for the receipt copy given by the service centre side. I mailed them the copy of receipt to [email protected] . But I got no call till 16-aug-2013 when I again mailed them for solution. Varun,the executive was taking the follow up of my case during my conversation,told me that he will make a conference call and according to our conversation with service centre he will give the solution. But again we just waited for his call till 24-aug-2013 when I again mailed him for the follow up.
He told me that he is connecting a conference call but the call disconnected. Then again he called me and told me that he had already talked to the service centre and they agreed to repair your machine and will return your machine in the same working condition as when they picked your machine. He said that your machine will be picked on Monday 26-aug-2013,he didn’t commited any time. But till now we got no response from service centre and whirlpool customer care. We are totally frustrated and now we have decided not to call them for the solution and to register a case in consumer court.
