Respected Sir/Madam,
Just dial is indulging in unethical sales practices.Firstly they sold a package to me for one year for the Keyword “Background Verification Agencies” by saying that I will get atleast 10 leads per month .I have hardly got 4 leads till now . I had signed up with them in May,2013.
After I complained to them , they said they will give free South Listing . But now they are asking me to pay for that .This is a second case of unethical sales practice employed by them .
Kindly solve my issue at the earliest.
