Name of company/service: Telebrands
Ordered a product from Telebrands online on 13th Aug 2013. First I did not receive any order number even after doing the payment. Trying to call their customer care but till date not succeeded in talking to any of the executives. Call is been made almost ever day & is been kept on hold for unlimited time. Once called on their booking department number & was told by the person that they cant help & call on customer care number which is always busy. When checked on the telebrand online account, it shows that the product is been dispatched. Even emails are been sent to them asking for response, but no reply.
Now its absolutely dead end for me towards telebrand if I am not able to communicate with them.
Who can help me as to what should be done??
