Delayed delivery of consignment

Name of company/service: Shree Balaji Courier

I have booked a courier with M/s Shree Balaji Courier Service (Baroda) on 24-Aug-2013 to NOIDA and till date it is not delivered. No one in the courier service bracnches (Baroda/ Ahmedabad, Delhi/Noida) is responding and giving details about the courier. Please help.
