Net Pack Deactivation Worth of Rs 198 before validaty with any intimation and refuse to payback for the same

Dear concern,

I m Ravi Katariya ..mobile no 8054283462 recharged my connection with unlimited internet pack of Rs 198/- on 20-Aug-2013 and yesterday(28-Aug-2013) i activated 4 Rs SMS pak of 40 L& N SMS,but they activated Net pack of 4 RS and Deactivate the unlimited net pack for whcih i already pay the 198 Rs for 1 month unlimited internet which will end on 19-09-2013 with out any intimation,when i called on customer care 198 for complaint as my internet is not working,they not lodge any complaint for the same and refuse to reactivate the 198 Rs unlimited internet and said we activate the 4 Rs data pack on your number and not refund you the 198 Rs Data pack..i already paid 200 rupee to vodafone IN and still my internet is not working …and they harrshed me mentally and finincially as wel..request you please take the stict action and arrange to refund my 198 Rs unlimited internet pack and want amount from vodafone for mental harassement as well
