Complain Against Airtel for charging unnecessarily

To Airtel Services,

With utmost respect, I, having the No. 9911639536, want to state that I am totally dissatisfied with the airtel services for charging me without any ground and would like to lodge a complain against airtel services. For some days, I am in District Balrampur, UP, India. The airtel service provider have deducted my balance two time saying that i am in International roaming. I am unable to understand how they are telling that this district is in a foreign country. I put a request by calling at 121 but they are not taking care of my grievances and I am highly dissatisfied with Airtel

I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and get is resolved. I will be highly thankful to you.
