Dear Sir/Madam
I have purchased From from Digital Compusystems Pvt. Ltd. Nehru Place Samsung Laptop bearing Sl. No. HT8M91EC501910T .along with offer of Samsung Galaxy Y Duos Mobile dt. on 25.06.2013, I have also talked to Customer care regarding this offer, he guide me that first registered the laptop Sl. No. and after registration, you will received the Copan on your e-mail ID and I have follows the instruction, as per guideline given to me by Samsung representative and I have received confirmation for successful registration. Copy of Bill and registration confirmation attached

Please note that, almost 15 days has already been passed from date of registration, In between , I have received one phone calls from customer care regarding verification, but complete verification has not done by Samsung executive and he says, balance verification will completed on tomorrow. Almost 8 days has been gone of this phone call and after this as on date I have not received any calls from Samsung. this offer valid till 31st July’2013. but I Received mail for coupon code under process date on 26-July-2013 but second mail I have received date on. 12-Aug-2013 for reject offer request,
So please help me, Samsung mail given bellow.
