I went for a lab test for typhoid and dengue as asked by doctor in acura healthcare pvt ltd in koramangala, bangalore. The lab technician asked me if i had done any test for this before. I said” yes i did one two weeks ago as advised by doctor for fever. and that test was negative.” the lab technician took my old report and checked. He took my blood sample and he asked me to come later in the evening for the new report. This time the results were positive for both typhoid and dengue in the report. My family doctor asked me to do the test again as the blood platelet count was normal and only Dengue and typhoid IgG and IgM showed positive. so i went for the tests again at some other lab now and this type it was negative. i went to the doctor. even the doctor said i had no problems like that but it was only viral fever. and after having medicines for viral. i am ok now. I was shocked to see how they can ruin a person’s future by giving wrong report. had i not done the tests again i would have harmed myself having wrong medicines. i never imagined a reputed health organisation can do like this. no one should ever go for a lab test in this ACURA healthcare ever. and a serious action should be taken against this. A health organisation should work for the benefit of mankind and not for harming someone.
