customer service and fraud commitments

Name of company/service: Vodafone

I have postpaid connection with vodafone. i had bill due of 2 months which is 1800/- and one day their executive called me to pay the bill.I told them This much i can’t pay than that executive told me that ok sir how much you can pay than i told them. I can pay only 1000/- than he said ok sir, no issue i will wave off the remaining. i asked repeatedly is possible you call center executives saying it not. No issues i will take care he told, but than he didn’t delivered what he had promised to me, I have Escalated the case to Nodal Team but those guys are biggest frauds than these executives.
