Greetings.
I am Pankaj Saini, from Kurukshetra, Haryana. I am an Assistant Professor.
My mobile number is 9896866233
and my mobile service provider is Idea Cellular.
from last 2 days (22/08/2013 till now) i am not able to use any of my mobile services. All of my services including Incoming Calls, Outgoing Calls and SMS, all are barred by Idea Cellular Ltd.
I contacted to the customer care of Idea Cellular and even to the Point of Sale of Idea Company but nobody is giving me any response why my number is blocked and they told me that this is because of a technical error in their system that my number got stuck in the system so we are unable to say when my services are going to be active again. It is a frustrating level of service by Idea Cellular and this is causing me a big loss and mentally i am being harassed by my service provider. So, i want to raise this issue in consumer forum and consumer court as well. My mobile number is 9896866233 (not working)
