I Sri Amitava Sabui, resident of 116 A.C Chatterjee Lane, PO- Gondal Para, Chandannagar, Hooghly ,(W.B), PIN- 712137. I am 33 years old belongs to schedule cast. At present I face a major difficulties regarding purchase of ‘Soda fountain machine’ from ‘Mega Soda Industries Pvt. Ltd’. The address of the company is ‘250 P&T Colony, Medipalli , Uppal, Hydrabad, 500039’.
According to telephonic discussion and email given by the company the total package of the machine ie 1,40,000/-(One Lakh Forty Thousand Only). The Price including all taxes and services, details under below : (Xerox Copy attached).

• Warranty: We will give part to part replacement for 2 years and
we will provide 2 year service to the machine.
• Customer should take co2 cylinder from local dealer.
Regarding this I have paid full amount ie 1,40,000/- on behalf of ‘Ganesh Associates’ , A/c No- 32799957790, SBI. I paid this amount by NEFT from my AXIS bank account. The details of NEFT are “AXISF13136016275 – Rs. 40000/-, AXISF13141013533 – Rs. 50000/- and AXISF13142036439 – Rs. 50000/-, on 16th May, 21th May and 22nd May Respectively.
The company send me the machine on 24-05-13 without Tax Invoice and original bill at Howrah station, where from I collect the machine by railway challan only.(The Xerox copy attached). Tough Mr. Guptha managing director of the company told me that they send me original copy of bill by courier service latter in my postal address. I release the machine from transporter and bring my own address with extra charge Rs. 1500/-, and also purchase water tank worth Rs. 1312/- for machine. The total amount still not yet credited in my bank account.
Not only that at present the managing director of the company Mr. K.S.N.Guptha, Cell no. 09052 666 212 and other partner Mr. Ganesh, Cell no. 09666777775 did not response any call & email. Repeated request to the above company have produce no result. The installation work of the machine also not yet done. If I installed the machine, then Rs. 5000/- will be required extra according to local technician in our area.
I am an unemployed person and purchase this soda machine for livelihood where from my present and future life is depends on it, as well as my family.
Now I want to start my business as early as possible, also request you please look into the matter as humanity ground and arrange me total amount which I incurred extra. And also request you please arrange the original bill and warranty of the machine so that I can start my business as early as possible and run my business smoothly in future and clear my worried about the quality and slandered of the machine.
