My whirlpool Fridge is not giving Sufficient Cooling. After reporting to the Engineer from Service Center that Compressor is not working and need to be changed in Warranty, he misleaded us and Replaced two Parts worth Rs. 1200/- which were working properly and get gas filled for Rs.1250/- in damaged compressor.
Its been more than 5days that am facing this problem, and irrespective of the fact that Company assures that Engineer will visit within 24 hours of complaint, i have called them thrice in 2 days but no action has been taken.
The engineer from Company who attended was Mr.Sanjay Mishra.
