So disappointed with the customer service,
How difficult is it to provide the contact phone number and email address of a person who will be able to answer questions related to a new broadband connection?
I had sent “Airtel” an email for a new broadband internet connection in Meerut Cantt on August 13, 2013, and today after more than a week still no useful information received.
Every time I send them an email I receive a useless email that they will get back to me within 28 hours but now more than a week has passed in this chase but still no response.
Its so disappointing and unacceptable that even for the basic necessities one has to struggle so much.
I often hear about corruption in public sector, but here private sector seems just as BAD.
