I got My Reliance GSM Prepaid sim recharged for internet pack for Rs.119 which was offering a service for 1GB data usage for a month. I also got a message saying that internet pack will get renewed by its own after 30 days. After 30 days, i got the message that internet pack has been renewed. Also the amount for the pack deducted from my balance. But after 4 days I can to know that my balance is nil. Also, when I got my phone recharged, even that balance exhausted with no reason. I even lodged a complaint with a Reliance Mobile store. At first the executive said that within 3 weeks my request will be processed and the internet pack will get renewed as well as the balance which exhausted during internet usage will be refunded. But after 3 days, when i followed up, the executive said, that after 3 days of deduction from main balance, you cant filed complaint.
I want to ask you that if you cant activate any service online, why do you do that then? You guys are leading when question arises of deducting balance but come last when quality services are asked for.
Moreover, if your customer care executives cant reply properly over any complaint, why have you opened no of outlets at every place;Just for showing off?
And where have you mentioned this to your customers that a complaint is need to be filed within 3 days of incident?
I want you to refund whole my balance and activate my internet pack. Reply me back on [email protected]
