I bought a Rakhi Thali worth INR 649 from this website claiming to make same day delivery on the 19th of August, 2013.The item never got delivered. I registered several complaints in their contact us section. No functional contact number was mention anywhere on the website.
This is not a matter of delay in order delivery. My item never got delivered and this website cheated me out of this online transaction. Such fraudulent websites should not be available on the internet and in general all websites must be made to go through a proper authentication process before being provided a domain.
