Pathetic Service!

I ordered a pair of casual shoes from YEPME.com online portal on 3 August 2013.The payment was done online as the product had discount if paid online. It was mentioned that product would be delivered in 4-6 business days.On 4th Aug 2013 received an sms that product has been dispatched by India On Time Express.On 9 August i.e 6 days after placing order sent a request for speedy delivery.All mails and calls since have been of no good.Its 21 Aug 2013 and there has been no delivery yet.Order status on website says “Dispatched”. Customer Care number is forever “BUSY” and mail reply is standard automated response..Below are the details of order.Please Provide necessary assistance.
