Increased maintenance charges

Location/place: Paschim Vihar New Delhi

Name of company/service: Group Hosing soicety management comtee

Sir, our society’s managing committee has increased the maintenance charges two times in a year and increased maintenance charges Rs.500/- to 750/- & 1150/-.And before had also collected amount Rs.20000/- for lift maintenance and Rs.2500/- for payment water bill in a year. I have already deposited maintenance charge of Rs. 750/- instead of Rs.1150/- in the society’s bank account.(I have paid all society demands till date) Can the society take any action against me?
is there any way or society act to stop these unnecessary demands of the managing committee?
