Cutting of balance

Location/place: bhagal,kaithal Haryana

Name of company/service: Reliance

I am a user of Reliance since 7 months.About 20 days ago i recharge my mobile of 50 rupees and they cut my balance for any VAS.Again i recharge it of 50 then cut my 30 rupees and today they cut 10 rupees from my mobile balance.Whenever i call to their custmor support they said this route is busy.I make call 50 times but the answer is same.I hope you will resolve my problem as soon as possible.
