On 1st Sept 2012. we purchased a A.C of Hitachi company from nupur electronics,indrapuri Bhopal . On 3rd august 2013 it stopped working then we requested for a service at costumer care , our request number is 13080302164. On 6th august a service engineer came and took some parts of the A.C . after that till today no service engineer came and now we want that A.C not to be repaired but it should be replaced.
