I am with ICICI since last 7 years and since last year there have been umpteen issues in regards to the customer servic goofups wherein in order to get the correct name and address updated on my card accounts, I have to run from pillar to post..normal customer service dept us worthless n despite of escalating to the CEO level the address is still not correctly updated despite email confirmation from Sr management 4 months back…thereafter I realised that I am being deprived of the redemption option I had since many years and the status of points accumulated is different on paper statement vis a vis the online ones..no clarity has been provided by them on the goofups which also include incorrect charge from ICICI Prudential and incorrect calculation of total o/s despite sending umpteen emails since last 20 days to sr management n CEO..this has been escalated to the RBI Ombudsmen also 10 days back with no reprieve till date…the audacity and laxity and callous attitude has left me aghast with kind of mental trauma and agony I m going through is too much to handle..they also put a hold on my card which was declined in the hotel@amritsar on 10th which was so embarrassing…I prey out here to get this closed asap with justice done and compensation awarded for the defeciency in their customer service and neglecting and negating customer expectations and correspondence.am sure of d fact that there would be millions of consumers facing such distressing behavior from ICICI but their voice gave gone unheard..if sr management is so pathetic and unapologetic don’t want to comment on their normal customer service dept…these private banks have gone too far and this agonizing attitude should be brought to book n severly dealt with !
