Not able to use my photon dongle due to no network coverage

Hi,

I have tata photon plus connection with number 9242526039. I am using this connection from 2 years recently when i relocated i was not getting the network coverage signal strength is 0% when called customer care they said since it is prepaid and no balance you are facing this problem and assured after recharging the problem would be resolved regarding same i have done recharge for 255 Rupees after which i am facing same problem, when called customer care they took 1 week time and said we have given your request to network team they are working on it but they are not ready to give the exact time when the problem will be resolved. Since it is prepaid account the amount which i have recharged will get expired after 1 month without using even a single MB. So kindly help to overcome this problem i have already invested 1000 Rupees for dongle and now 255 rupees for recharge if i wont get the network all my investment will go in vain.
