this is to inform you that I have purchased one yamaha SZ-X(With out Disk Break) bike Frame no.-ME154B019A2003652 and Engine no.-54B1003819 in 2010 from Reliance Automobile(Durgapur-West Bengal) But an accident occured in my bike on 23/06/2013 due to that i have given my Bike to Reliance Automobile for repairing on 02/07/2013 but 40 days gone and they are unable to repair my bike due to unavilability of Parts(Front Mac Wheel). Every time they said that they have placed the order to kolkata office and the order became back order. The Back orders are as follows- 928/RO/300 Date-12/07/2013 and 928/RO/302-Date-26/07/2013. Now they are harassing me and irritating me by saying that they do not know when the Front Macwheel of that bike will be available. As a customer i feel very much disappointed and think i have done huge mistake by puchasing Yamaha Bike. In future i will not purchase any Yamaha bike. Please look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
