Handset malfunctioning and denial from customer service center for repair or replacement

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Micromax

I baught Micromax ninja A89 a month ago.
A week later handset got dead as it couldnt able to sense charger, (Tried with different chargers).
When approched to micromax service center they denied saying the handset itself is defective, get it replaced from dealer.
Dealer said he cant erplace it as it has to be done from service center.

Need quick support in getting justice for same.
