No service, no answer

Location/place: Udhna, Surat

Name of company/service: First Flight Couriers Ltd.

I have sent a courier through First Flight Couriers Ltd on 9th august, 2013, it was told to me that the courier will be delivered within 3 days, still they have not delivered it on 16th august, 2013.

I called their customer service, they have kept me on hold for 30 mins, no body to answer.

I contacted their local office, but they say we cannot help you, do whatever you like.

Please help.
