It is very disappointing to say, my telephone stopped wrong on 12th June and in spite of multiple reminders no one really bothered to resolve or even look at the problem. Then after getting frustrated I discontinued the service on 22nd June 2013 by calling customer care. And they now sent me a bill for the service they have not provided. I also requested to cancel the connection on 13th June if the line can not be fixed. Now there agent is harassing me for paying the bills.
