I hada postpaid connection from Idea cellular, and due to a dispute in one of teh bills I had stopped using the services, made several complaints with the helpdesk & the Idea stores. but there was no revert from them. some time back I started getting calls from the retention team who asked me to pay up the last bill which was in dispute. When I asked them to clear the dispute & collect the balance payement the sent me the collection guy to collect the usage amount of Rs 550/- saying the dispute amount was waived off. also assured me that the no. will be reactivated within 3-4 days.
Its been a month there is no revert from the collection agency and neither the phone has been activated.
This morning all my family members, friends, & work relations have started getting calls saying Samir has committed a fraud and they have to appear in Delhi court as vitness as ‘I have given their number as vitness’
This call was made from a number “09718036817” by some Bharti-Delhi court fraud investigation team.
I want to complaint for the fraudulent collection and the harassment that they have caused by calling up all the people linked to me by going into my call details from the bills without my knowledge.
