I have ordered one sports shoes using my payback reward points. The cost of shoes was close to 2000 rupees and i redeemed 1701 rupees using my payback points. When i was trying to pay the remaining amount through netbanking the transction got failed and there was no option to pay that remaining amount again. I contacted the Naaptol Customer Team and they told me that your point will returned in 14 days. Its been more than 25 days and still the points are not returned. I have called the customer care number more than 10 times and everytime they just tell me that you will be geeting it in two days. Below are few of my complaints reference number.
