i have got cheated by CFS(City Fincrop Service) Ajmer

Location/place: bangalore/richmond town

Name of company/service: I K Marketing

In the month of March i have applied business loan with CFS with the local agent after few days i got mail from the agent saying that my loan had approved please pay 2000 for approval charges which i have deposit in the account of CFS and after 20 days loan has been approved for 5 lakhs there told me to pay Rs.25600/- Processing charges which i have done rtg from bank than i have send all the document and guarantee boad in courier after few days i got a mail from the CFS saying that your file is incompleted because of non produce of solvency certificate, which there have not told before depositing the processing fees, i have taken hardship get the solvency certificate from my bank in mean time bank has refuse to give solvency certificate saying we cannot issued that only for government project not for private financial institution so i have told them again and again i have told that its not possible to get that certificate so there told me there going to cancelled the file, so when there have cancelled the file thier have to refund the amount , today on 14-08-2013 i got a courier in that i have a latter saying that on the request of Agent Madhusudan the file has cancelled and there have given PDC cheque for 3/9/2013 which i have paid by RTG on current date and there have deduct the amount from precessing fees now this comapny has cheated many customer in bnagalore

    Canopus Total Services pvt ltd / Suryodaya total services pvt ltd, Ajmer / Mudra total services pvt ltd / LAXMI KRIPA ENTERPRISES – This financial firms are master mind of Ranjeet Chaudhary or Vikram Singh Rathore & Tarachand Sangwa & Mukesh Ragoria these people are bigger,biggest fraud persons in Rajasthan, they promise to give loan within a week or 10days after collecting processing charges or disbursement charges but they wont pick calls or answer your calls, please who ever reads this comments don’t encourage this company and this people otherwise you will lose your money.

    Myself Dps Ray and I am from banglore. Recently i am dealing something like this for my company with this so called company CITY FINCORP SERVICES. Civil lines road AJMER. They have already taken a login charge of 2870.00 . Now I have got a loan offer letter of 5cr. And they are asking for 20000.00 around for processing charges. Plz suggest me how can I know this company is genuine or not. If I should trust the process or nt. If there any kind of care or adverse step I can take. What are the steps to know about the genuiness of a company. Please suggest me.

    Please advice i applied for loan intailly they asked me to pay Rs 2860 as loan processing fee which i paid post that they send me apporoval letter for 2.5 lacs loan stating that again u need to pay rs 15680 as loan agreement charges please advice its worth enough to go or not am more worried will i get the laon amount or not why are this compnay cheating public like this …..it was so crucial for me i add an medical emergency ta home hence i applied but now this company asking more money if i dont get the loan i will publish all the details in the Face book to public

    CITICORP FINANCE (INDIA) ltd. is a fraud company they say only processing fee shouldl be paid so i paid 12 k ..after tht they said to pay 15 for cod charges ..i paied and next they sai they cant tranfer such amt to ac it should be fdr done ..for fdr they asked 10500 i said iamhaving only 10k they said its ok pay 10 k .. after 2 days they asked to me pay 10500 as i paied 10k fdr application as rejected …i paied .. and after r days they xalled and said loan had approved but it has to be insuranced aviva solutions will be handling my fileforthat 30k should be paid in which 50% will be from insurance company and 50% from me ..so for insurance they asked me to pay 15000 after 3 days of struggle i paid 15 on 9th fof augus t next day of payment no responce …and today they called me and said 15 should be paid on 6 only but i paid on 9th .. soi should pay again that 15 k my self beacuse insurance company gave that 15 to other customer ..in total i paid 620000 to this company here agents names are rajeev (releationship office)and pallavi telecaller ..

    This company is pure Fraud, I also applied for a loan and they sent me a offer letter stating my loan of 5k is been processed n asked to pay 2890 as processing chargers. so I got little spectial n checked reviews n I read all the above complaints so I called them n spoke all the above mentioned points for which they obviously dnt have any proper answers, so I would nt suggest anyone to do business with them, more over they don’t send any executive for documents n don’t hv any local representatives or ofc as I am from Hyderabad.

    this company cant disbursul coz if client cant provide solveny . loan disbursul depend on solvency . bank only provide solveny who have good current or saving account in bank. also agent is responsible if he / she mis guied the clients . agent have responsibility first he telling to client about solvency before procses the file and deposit money . small loan client cant provide solvency . pls when you process the loan file first ask every things about agreements .solvency is grantee of recovery of loan for company if client default in repayments of emi

    Guys never apply in these companies. The mastermind is Dinesh Mittal and his brother sudhanshu mittal. They both operate all the companies. They rent a building for few months. Do registration and it take around 20000/- for a paid capital of 100000 company. Start operation and then strike off the company. After that start new companies by name of different different persons. I already worked here. Don’t fall in this trap.

    Please advice i applied for personal laon intailly they asked me to pay Rs 2950 as loan

    Loan processing charge 2,950/- [Rs. 2,500 /- File Processing charges + Rs. 450/- GST]
    (includes Search Report Fees, verification charges, Documentation charges with GST,
    Notary Publication charge & CIBIL verification charge).
