Hi Team,
I have placed an order of Eureka Forbes Trendy Steel vacuum Cleaner on 23/07/2013 in infibeam.com. Order Id – 11296924. The product supposed to get delivered on 30/07/2013. I followed till 03/08/2013 up with Infibeam and aarya logistic (the shipping partner) regarding the delivery. Nobody was able to give me proper status on delivery. So I asked Shrin(Customer care rep) that if I cancel the order then would I get the full amount (Rs6429/-) refunded. She confirmed me about the refunding of full amount is possible withing 7 working days upon order cancellation. As the product was urgent for me so I cancelled the order and purchased the same product from Great Eartern(local store) on the same day(03/08/2013).
As of now Infibeam has not cancelled the order and has not started the refund process. Every time I call customer care they commit me some false date. This is really irritating. Guide me how to get the amount refunded ASAP.
